Facilities Rental Fee List
Upstairs or Downstairs Rental
Hourly Rental:
- Weekdays (Monday–Friday): $65/hour (2-hour minimum; up to 6 hours)
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): $75/hour (2-hour minimum; up to 6 hours)
- Cleaning Fee: $50
- Deposit: $250 ($200 refundable if extra cleaning is not needed)
Daily Rental
- Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 1st day: $400 2nd day: $350 Additional days: $200/day
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 1st day: $500 2nd day: $450 Additional days: $250/day
- Cleaning Fee: $50
- Deposit: $250 ($200 refundable if extra cleaning is not needed)
Full Facilities Rental (Upstairs & Downstairs)

- Weekdays (Monday–Friday): $125/hour (2-hour minimum; up to 6 hours)
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): $150/hour (2-hour minimum; up to 6 hours)
Daily Rental:
- Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 1st day: $800 2nd day: $550 Additional days: $300/day
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 1st day: $1,000 2nd day: $800 Additional days: $400/day
- Cleaning Fee: $100
- Deposit: $250 ($150 refundable if extra cleaning is not needed)
- Monthly Rate: $300/day for one day a week, $500 deposit and cleaning fee included.
